So, phew! I finally finished this! My entry for . Man! It sure was tough work!

Anyhoo, I thought it would be fun to enter this contest. No prizes for guessing which movie I’m gonna use! (Yep, it’s Wreck-it Ralph). I totally loved this scene, and I thought it would be fun to color this magically wonderful moment in.

Why I said this picture was hard work? Well, I used more layers than I had ever used before. I used NINE layers. And sometimes it’s really confusing.

Also, I really enjoyed coloring Vanellope’s kart. The original sketch didn’t have much detail to it, so with the help of my Wreck-it Ralph Little Golden Book, a few pictures and photos I’d googled online, and 101 minutes of watching the whole movie, I think I had finally managed to replicate Vanny’s kart.

Most difficult part? It had to be signing the names on the side of the kart. Again, the sketch didn’t include this, and more annoyingly, the little figurine kart that I had at home didn’t have it either, same in the Little Golden Book. In the end, I found a photo that FINALLY had what I was looking for. But there was another problem: I couldn’t write cursive. So I just written the two names in the way I wrote naturally. Hope there isn’t much of a difference.
